To ensure the availability of our professionals and to reserve exclusively for each client the time required to provide the service, Selmur applies the following booking policy:
1. Services over €150
To confirm a booking for services with a value exceeding €150, Selmur may request a €50 deposit, which will be deducted from the total service price on the day of the appointment.
If the appointment is cancelled or modified less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be retained as compensation for the time reserved exclusively for the client and not used, where a loss is incurred and except in cases of force majeure.
Cancellations or modifications made 24 hours or more in advance will not result in the loss of the deposit, which may be applied to a new booking or refunded, as applicable.
2. No-show
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, Selmur may retain the deposit corresponding to the booking where a loss is incurred and except in cases of force majeure.
3. Repeated breach of the booking policy
When a client has accumulated 3 or more no-shows or 3 or more cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours in advance, Selmur may require, for future bookings, advance payment of 100% of the service price.
For these bookings, the amount paid in advance guarantees the reservation of the professional's time allocated to the client and will be subject to the cancellation conditions set out in this policy.
In the event of cancellation, modification less than 24 hours in advance, or no-show, Selmur may retain the corresponding amount as compensation for the time reserved and not used, taking into account the specific circumstances of the booking.
4. Modification of a booking
Changes to the date or time are considered a modification of the booking and are subject to the same conditions as a cancellation.
5. Cancellation by Selmur
If Selmur cancels an appointment and the service cannot be provided, the client may request a refund of the amount paid for the service not provided or transfer it to a new booking.
6. Information and acceptance
This policy will be communicated to the client before any payment related to the booking is made.
By making payment of the deposit or the advance amount, the client declares that they have been informed of these conditions and accept them.
This policy shall apply in accordance with the legislation in force regarding consumer and user protection.
